Stay connected and recover your account with ease by verifying your phone number.

By verifying your number, you’ll unlock:

  1. Simpler account recovery – no stress if you forget a password or get locked out.
  2. Timely SMS updates – receive important notifications right to your phone.


Verifying is quick and can be done in four ways:

  1. Manage Account – Under your user icon in Operations Center web.
  2. Home Page – From the Setup tile if your phone isn’t verified.
  3. Operations Center Mobile – In the Home tab under “Account Verification.”
  4. Equipment Mobile – Under “Settings & Profile” with a one-time SMS code.
