Start Your Career While You Earn Your Degree: JDTECH Virtual Program

If you’ve ever thought about becoming a John Deere technician—but weren’t sure how to make college, work, and life all fit together—this is your opportunity.

At Gooseneck Implement, we’re proud to offer a path that lets you build a career, earn a paycheck, and complete your degree at the same time.

What is the JDTECH Virtual Program?
Our JDTECH Virtual Program is a 2-year accredited degree program offered in partnership with Arkansas State University–Beebe, and what sets it apart is how it’s built around real life. Instead of leaving home to attend school, you can complete your degree right from one of our dealership locations while being hired as a full-time Gooseneck employee from day one. You’ll gain real, hands-on experience in the shop and complete your online classes on Fridays, evenings, or weekends, allowing you to balance work, learning, and life all at once.

Earn While You Learn (Without the Debt)
This program is built for real life. You’ll work a full schedule in the dealership while applying what you’re learning in real time. And when it comes to tuition? We’ve got your back.

  • 100% tuition reimbursement (paid back overtime after graduation)
  • Full-time wages + benefits while in school
  • Access to tool discounts up to 50%

Bottom line: you can walk away with a degree, real experience, and little to no student debt.

Built for Real Life (Not Just the Classroom)
We know not everyone can pick up and move away for college, and that’s exactly why this program exists. Whether you’re a high school senior ready to start your career, someone looking to switch paths, or already working and wanting to level up, this program is designed to meet you where you’re at and help you move forward.

This program gives you the flexibility to stay close to home while still moving your future forward. And because you’re learning inside a dealership, you’re not just studying equipment—you’re working with it every day, alongside experienced technicians who want to see you succeed.

A Career That Goes Beyond the Shop
Being a John Deere technician is about much more than turning wrenches. It’s diagnosing and solving real-world problems, working with cutting-edge ag technology, and supporting the farmers and operations that feed the world. At Gooseneck Implement, it also means being part of a team that’s committed to keeping our customers running, no matter what.

Come See It for Yourself: Career Nights Near You
Reading about it is one thing but seeing it in action is even better. That’s why we’re hosting Career Nights across our locations, giving you the chance to tour the shop, meet the team, ask questions about the program, and get a real feel for what your future could look like.
