Meet Andrew!
General Manager, Velva
Andrew Keller’s path to General Manager in Velva is rooted in years of hands-on experience and a genuine passion for agriculture. His interest in the industry started early—after connecting with a recruiter at a high school career fair, he took his first step as shop help before enrolling in the John Deere Tech Program at NDSCS. From there, Andrew spent the next 10 years as a technician, gaining valuable, real-world experience in the shop. He later transitioned into the Service Manager role in Minot, where he continued to grow his leadership skills before recently stepping into his current role as General Manager in Velva.
For Andrew, Genuine Passion centers around supporting both customers and employees at a high level. He takes pride in helping customers succeed in their operations while ensuring his team has the support they need to deliver the level of service Gooseneck is known for. Just as important, he values creating an environment where hard work, strong support, and long-term sustainability go hand in hand.
Genuine Gratitude shows up through the effort and mindset of the team. Andrew sees it in their willingness to go the extra mile to find solutions and deliver results for customers. “The satisfaction the team gets from solving problems and helping customers is awesome to see,” he shares. With the resources and support across Gooseneck, he believes there’s always a way to get the job done—and his team proves that every day.
He’s especially proud of the team’s commitment to doing whatever it takes to support customers. Whether it’s tackling a tough issue or collaborating across departments, the team consistently steps up. That shared dedication and problem-solving mindset continues to drive success for both the store and the customers they serve.
What Andrew enjoys most about working with Gooseneck customers is the relationships built over time. After more than a decade in the industry, he’s formed strong connections and values the trust that’s been built. “Our customers are the best—many of them have become more than customers, they’re friends,” he says.
Something people might be surprised to learn about Andrew? He’s a bit of a neat freak and takes pride in keeping things organized and in their place—whether it’s his desk, his truck, or the workspace around him. That attention to detail carries through in everything he does.
And if he weren’t in the ag equipment world? There’s a good chance you’d find him on the water with a fishing rod in hand. Andrew jokes he’d be figuring out how to make a living doing it—or at least spending as much time as possible trying.
