Gooseneck Implement Announces New CFO and COO Appointments
Minot, ND — October 30, 2025 — Gooseneck Implement is proud to announce the appointment of Melissa Rauser as Chief Financial Officer and Paul Mattern as Chief Operating Officer/Vice President of Sales. These leadership changes reflect Gooseneck’s continued focus on strengthening operations, supporting growth, and serving customers with excellence.
Melissa Rauser began her career with Gooseneck Implement in 2007 as an Accounting Clerk and has since built an impressive 18-year career marked by dedication, consistency, and leadership. Over the years, she has served as AP/Payroll Specialist, Accountant, Accounting Manager, and Controller—each role preparing her for this next step as Chief Financial Officer. In her new position, Melissa will lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, and performance initiatives, helping ensure Gooseneck’s continued stability and growth.
Paul Mattern brings 26 years of service and a strong history of leadership within Gooseneck Implement. He began his career as a technician in Kenmare before moving into the roles of Service Manager and Store Manager in Beach, and eventually General Manager of the Beach, Bowman, Dickinson, Elgin, and Lemmon locations. Paul returned “home” to Gooseneck through the Dakota Farm Equipment acquisition in 2018, eventually stepping into the role of Vice President of Sales. As Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Sales, he will oversee daily operations and sales initiatives, continuing to strengthen Gooseneck’s focus on operational excellence and customer success.
