Jamie Germundson’s journey in agriculture and with Gooseneck Implement is deeply rooted in both experience and hometown pride. After attending the John Deere Ag Tech Program in Wahpeton, Jamie returned to western North Dakota—close to where he grew up in Tioga—drawn back by a career that connected his love for farming, working with equipment, and supporting the agriculture industry. With more than 30 years in the business, Jamie spent five years as a Service Technician before stepping into a Service Manager role, a position he held for many years. Today, he brings that extensive hands-on knowledge and leadership experience into his new role as General Manager.

To Jamie, Genuine Passion means seeing success on all sides—customers staying productive in the field and teammates growing in their roles. He takes pride in watching people develop and accomplish goals, knowing that when the team succeeds, customers do too. That passion pairs naturally with Genuine Gratitude, which he sees in the relationships built over time—whether it’s a humbling call or text from a customer thanking the team or appreciation for employees who make it all happen. Jamie values these moments, knowing his team’s dedication makes his job both easier and more rewarding.

What makes Jamie most proud of the Stanley location is the people. He values seeing individuals choose to stay, grow, and build long-term careers, while working together to support customers through every season. The teamwork and shared commitment to customer success are what make the Stanley store strong.

Working with Gooseneck customers is especially meaningful for Jamie because of the relationships formed along the way. He enjoys watching how operations evolve and adapting alongside customers to help them succeed year after year.

Something people might be surprised to learn about Jamie? If he ever wins the lottery, one thing he’d like to buy is an airplane. Guess we’ll all be watching the skies around Stanley just in case. And if he weren’t in the ag equipment world, he could easily picture himself teaching—possibly as an ag instructor or shop teacher—sharing knowledge and helping the next generation learn hands-on skills.

As General Manager, Jamie is still firmly committed to delivering a high-level customer experience in Stanley. His focus is on reassurance, trust, and making sure every customer knows they’re supported by a team that truly cares.
